Beginning in the spring of 2025, we held a series of Town Hall discussions throughout the Triangle to collaboratively develop values, structure, processes for decision-making, and ideas for projects that our communities are excited about. Our Virtual Assembly in November of 2025 was a space to expand on and build consensus on the ideas that emerged from those Town Halls. These are the shared values on which we aligned:
